Raspberry and banana pie

Ingredients: 500 gr pie crust
Mix for coating the crust:
3 eggs
200 gr rough flour
300 gr sugar
200 ml vegetable oil
200 ml milk
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla

Fruit stuffing: juice of ½ lemon pour over 400 gr of bananas
400 gr of raspberries.
Chop up the fruit into small pieces and mix it.

Method: Put down the first layer of crust and coat it with 4 tablespoons of stuffing. Cover the stuffing with another layer of crust and then again coat it with 4 tablespoons of stuffing; then spread the stuffing onto 1/3 of crust and roll into strudel.

Repeat it until there are no ingredients left. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180-200°C.
